In case you missed it, OSHA withdrew its rule which required employers to implement COVID-19 vaccination and testing policies.

OSHA could still pursue some form of rule requiring employers to mandate vaccination or testing, but that process would follow the ordinary process, rather than the emergency process they were using to expedite the previous vaccine and testing rule.

For now, we and other employers who were covered by the OSHA Rule will continue business as usual while taking CDC guidance into consideration to protect our employees and customers.
